We are on the lookout for a Marketing Automation (MA) and CRM Technical Specialist to join our Operational Excellence team. This role is crucial for enhancing our customer relationship management and marketing automation from a technical standpoint, ensuring our systems operate at peak efficiency and are leveraged according to best practices.
Your strategic role:
- In this position, you'll serve as the technical backbone for our MA and CRM efforts. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing, optimizing, and maintaining our MA and CRM platforms to support business objectives.
- Ensuring seamless integration between our MA/CRM systems and other business tools/data bases, enhancing data flow and accessibility.
- Maintaining high standards and compliance of data quality within our systems, implementing routines for data cleansing and enrichment.
Your day-to-day:
- Execute the technical setup and ongoing optimization of MA campaigns across various channels. · Develop and maintain integrations between the MA and CRM platform and other business systems (e.g., sales, customer service platforms) to ensure a unified customer data ecosystem.
- Conduct regular audits of the CRM and MA platforms to ensure they are used according to best practices and are aligned with the latest data protection regulations. This includes consolidation of existing systems.
- Work closely with the subscription team, including marketing and customer experience Work closely with the product managers of the subscription team and our newly established personalization product team
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure robust data governance, security, and compliance measures are in place and adhered to.
- Provide technical support and training to marketing and sales teams, enabling them to utilize the MA and CRM systems effectively.
Your background:
- Solid experience in MA and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) with a technical perspective.
- Demonstrable skills in system integration, data management, and ensuring data quality.
- Familiarity with programming languages and APIs for custom integrations and automations.
- Understanding of data protection laws and best practices in data security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Proficient in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
