DN Media Group is looking for a reliable and service-minded junior individual to be part of our local IT Operations support team.

Your role:

As part of our local IT support team, you will have a key role in ensuring smooth IT solutions in the daily life of our employees. You will work closely with both users and systems and support a wide range of technical and administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities:

• User and computer support/administration on local technical equipment

  • Telephony, including hardware and subscriptions

  • PC/Mac, printers and other physical IT equipment

  • Audio/video, conference and meeting room facilities

• Onboarding and offboarding of employees (setup and training)

• User support on office systems and platforms such as:

  • Office365, Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, etc.

• Production of access cards

• Internal office relocations

• Participation in internal projects

• Local IT tasks on behalf of Intility (IT infrastructure hosting provider)

Your background:

• Well structured, reliable and solution-oriented

• Likes to help others and thrives in a service function

• Are curious and willing to learn new systems and technologies

• Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English

• Can have an active workday with many different tasks; none too big and none too small

• Experience with IT support or technical equipment is an advantage
