Integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products and workflows.
Develop APIs, services and data flows that power AI-driven features.
Build and automate workflows using AI agents and orchestration frameworks.
Ensure systems are scalable, reliable and production-ready.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in both Norwegian and English.
Bonus:
Interest in systems-level languages such as Go, Rust or similar.
Familiarity with modern software development practices (testing, CI/CD, code quality).
Experience from media, publishing, or content platforms.
A relevant higher education is an advantage, but not a requirement.
