You will monitor journey performance on an ongoing basis, run tests and turn results into concrete improvements. Quality assurance and GDPR-compliant execution are integral to how you work, across all automated flows.
Collaborate across teams
You will work closely with colleagues in data & analytics and product & tech to ship high-quality, testable communication. This position reports directly to the Head of Customer Value Optimization.

Technical skills
Hands-on experience with Braze, Message Gears, Adobe or similar MA/CRM platforms, including journey building, triggers, segmentation and testing. This is a must-have, not something to learn on the job.
