As part of the Company's strategy to advance our sustainability efforts, while ensuring we stay compliant of the evolving Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) regulations, we are seeking an enthusiastic Sustainability Coordinator to join our newly establish Sustainability Team. 

Your strategic role:

As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will contributed directly to DN Media Groups' ESG strategy and help us drive progress toward achieving our Sustainability and compliance goals. 

In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate internally across departments, engage in external networks, and work closely with your fellow team members to achieve impactful results. 

This position will be based in Finance and reporting to the CFO.

Your day-to-day:

• Act as subject matter expert for sustainability analytics, governance and reporting.
• Support in design and implementation of sustainability strategy / plans, based upon items of materiality, and aligned to the company’s vision.
• Define and maintain measurement methodologies for impact on strategic sustainability topics.
• Data collection and analysis; data on energy use, waste generation, and resource consumption to develop actionable insights.
• Act as liaison between different departments to ensure that sustainability initiatives are being actioned and evaluated
• Conducting audits and assessments where appropriate
• Reporting on sustainability, progress and achievements, items for improvement
• Monitoring multiple sustainability projects and meeting deadlines.
• Double materiality assessment and action planning
• Follow up with ESG key contributors

Your background:

• A degree in either environmental science, sustainability or business
• High attention to detail and analytical
• Project management ability
• Problem solving skills
• Strong work ethic
• Good communication skills.
• Capability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
